Critical thinking is essential, empowering, and liberating.
I’m a freelance professor and a former PhD candidate in Political Science at Johns Hopkins University.
I’m here to support you in thinking critically so you can move in this world with confidence, clarity, and self-love.
With 6 years of PhD experience teaching courses and mentoring students, I am an expert teacher. I'm here because I know what it's like to navigate the spiritual world, all the amazing things it offers and also it's traps.
I am equipped and highly qualified to help you think deeper and give you the tools to get to clarity on your own, which is far more empowering because you can take these critical thinking skills and apply them to everything.
I've spent the last five years in the world of *white* spirituality. I was into Kundalini, power yoga, human design, meditation, breathwork, all the stuff until I realized that these practices were making me feel small, shrunken, and lacking in confidence. I realized I had gotten sucked into something unhealthy and needed to get back in touch my decolonial background.
That's how I've come to inhabit the intersection of spirituality and critical theory. I belive it is possible to have a healthy, empowered spirituality that does not reproduce capitalist, white logics.
Decolonizing can take many forms. I'm here to teach you HOW so that you can start thinking for yourself. And I want to be clear. I am not here to provide answers neatly wrapped in a bow, because I won’t have them.
But I am here to support you on your journey to think, question, explore and investigate while providing you with a safe, nurturing and incredibly academically rigorous environment for you to do this work.
